Dismal. Wife ordered penne carbonara and I ordered lasagne. The lasagna was terrible -- reminded me of the slop they served in high school. Did not notice any cheese; meat sauce was just bad. Noodles were nothing special. The carbonara at least had some chewy pancetta bits but tasted of nothing so much as salt, salt, salt, and a hint of cardboard (I have no idea why). I ate the carbonara as it was at least edible (it was just a mite cardboard-y) and my wife had a peanut butter sandwich. I hardly ever write reviews but this is by far the worst meal I ever had ordering from seamless. And so expensive!

Usually a great taste of real italian, and i love the store portion of the place, but tonight we received a salad that hadn't seen daylight in a week, wilted and worse. otherwise worth a try especially for the past & milanese.

This is painful to write, because I've ordered from them before successfully, but it's now one hour and five minutes since I received an email confirming delivery in 15-30 minutes, and I'm still waiting for my food (I called them and was told that "all delivery orders have gone out", which was distressingly generic). I'm bored and hungry, which gives me time to sign on and write this dyspeptic note. Anyone considering ordering from them, be advised: be sure to do it before you're actually hungry.

Unacceptably horrible food. I ordered a carbonara and after the first bite, I through it away... I also ordered a normal coke and they brought a diet one... I am about to order something from somewhere else.

Food was below standards for the kind of prices they were asking for. My beet salad tasted like it came out of a can, flavorless. My soup seemed like it was from powdered chicken broth sprinkled with a little rice. And the roast beef sandwich was small and boring. Never again!

The Peccheri with duck ragu was aweful. Paid $17 for overcooked pasta and two drops of sauce. Very disappointed

The pasta I ordered (Spaghetti with Sausage Ragu - a recommended item) looked like something that an amateur put together rather than an actual cook. It didn't taste very good either. The spaghetti had a weird texture. They promised 15-30 min delivery, but took over an hour. I had to put the pasta in the microwave to heat it up. This made things better, but I still regretted ordering from this place.

Can't comment on the food because I ordered based on a 15-30 minute delivery time and, after an hour and a half, the food never arrived. I won't be ordering again unless I feel like taking my chances on whether the food will actually show up.

I'm sad that this place can't seem to get their act together. Tonight, the completely screwed up my order (though delivery was fast). I just managed to catch the delivery guy and we sorted it out. But, really, there are other options in the 'hood that are just as good that require less work on your part. My verdict = skip it.

It took just shy of an hour to deliver my food and it was cold when it finally got there. I guess "15-30 minutes" delivery doesn't mean much to them. Horrible service!

Love the food (mostly) and hate the delivery (mostly). Just remember that there is no chance of 15-30 minute delivery unless you are ordering on an off hour. Typically you are looking at about an hour or slightly more. For reference, my last order was time stamped 11:49AM and arrived at 12:56PM. They just need more delivery people, but I would recommend the food. The proscuitto sandwich is a goto, but the soups can be a bit bland. 4 Stars for the Food, and -1 Star for the delivery.

Order took 1hr 20mins from order to arrival, which is totally unacceptable especially when it says 15-30mins. The food was cold on arrival and we had to microwave it. The woman on the phone was nice and I believe was truly sorry, but it's just not enough. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant because there's too many other better choices. To top it off my carbonara tasted like chicken soup and the "bacon" was masses of yellow lard that made me wretch so I separated them all out. It's too bad I had high hopes for this place.

Delivery can be iffy. Sometimes quick, sometimes takes a lot longer than estimated. I stopped ordering from them on nights when I cared how long it would take.

It took forever for the food to get here and it was almost cold. The also charged me for an ice cream which they did not include. Not worth the wait!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing and consistent!!! The dishes are delicious and fresh, especially the pasta! The delivery is timely, the food arrives at the right temperature, and it's so tasty!!! I order from here often, am always highly satisfied, and look forward to ordering from here more frequently!

Ive tried pretty much everywhere in the 10038 zip code, and this is best. always consistent and good quality. Last time the spaghetti was a little over done, but just say al dente when ordering?

Unbelievable, authentic, and incredible satisfying Italian food! Take the extra minute to call and ask about the specials, which are usually dishes such as Risotto ai Frutti di Mare (Seafood Risotto), Penne alla Carbonara (made the right way, with eggs, not cream), and Homemade Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Clams. Finish off the meal with a Bindi Lemon or Peach Sorbetto in the fruit shell, a classic Italian dessert (it's mass-market but delicious).
